Guitarist Gregory Guay is passionate about music and has founded Charleston Wedding Guitar, Gregory Guay Music booking, LowCo Suzuki Guitar studio, and several bands in Charleston, SC. He has performed as a soloist in the Guitar Foundation of America Festival, Piccolo Spoleto Festival, various universities, and for the Holy City Guitar Series. He has performed in ensembles such as the Charleston Symphony Orchestra, Charleston Gospel Choir, the Tu-Guayguitar & violin duo, and Caja de Cuerdas, a latin inspired group. Gregory received his Masters Degree in Classical Guitar at Appalachian State University and his Bachelors and Artist Certificate at College of Charleston, receiving scholarship and awards for Instrumental Excellence. His guitar talents and versatility range from Bach to Beatles; traditional Spanish and Latin works to modern improvisation and composition.
